Young Carers First Aid Training

Connecting Young Carers are offering free First Aid training for young carers aged 11-16. First Aid is a huge part of Young Carers lives, whether it’s providing practical First Aid or emotional support.

On the Thursday 20th of April they are holding a First Aid training day in partnerships with Red Cross. Topics covered include how to manage a panic attack, what to do if you or someone has cut themselves, how to place someone in the recovery position and many other useful skills.

Dates: Thursday 20th April 2017
Location: Spectrum Centre, Inverness

Time: 10:30am meet front of Spectrum Centre            
First Aid Training: 11am-1pm.
Lunch 1:30pm – 3pm at Bella Italia
